The Südtirol Guest Pass

You’ll receive the Südtirol Guest Pass at reception upon arrival, and it will be valid for the entire duration of your stay. This pass allows you to travel for free on buses, trains, and certain cable cars throughout South Tyrol. So, what does the südtirolmobil network include?

• Regional trains, also the Vinschgau train
• Local buses – city buses, intercity buses, ski buses and hiking buses
• Cable cars – to Ritten, Meransen, Kohlern and Mölten
• The Ritten tram and the Mendel funicular

General information

• The apartment prices are for 2 people; an additional charge of €20 (low season) or €25 (high season) applies for each extra person
• For stays of less than 3 days, a surcharge of €10 will be added
• Rates are exclusive of the local tax of €3.00 per person per day (from 14 years old), which must be paid on-site
• Children up to 12 years old pay €10
• The final cleaning fee for the apartment is €50-55
• For your four-legged friend, there is a daily charge of €15
• Payments can be made in cash (up to €999.00) or by credit card

When life happens

• Cancellations up to 3 months before arrival are free of charge, with only a €50 processing fee
• From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, we charge 50% of the total price
• From 1 month to 2 weeks before arrival, we charge 70% of the total price
• For cancellations within the last two weeks before arrival and in case of early departure, 90% of the total price will be charged
